Daniel J. Skinner
Dan founded Skinner & Associates and continues to lead the firm as its managing attorney. He represents individuals, families, and closely held businesses throughout Ohio and, on a pro hac vice basis, in other jurisdictions.
Dan's practice spans every area the firm handles, from business law and civil litigation to family law, estate planning, and beyond. He counsels business owners through formation, contracts, and disputes; advocates for clients in state and federal court; and guides families through divorce, custody, and post-decree matters with discretion and resolve.
